Roger Smeed has extensive board experience with ASX-listed, private companies and government enterprises including companies that specialise in large-scale retail and commercial cleaning, security, and facilities management.
With more than 35 years of private sector and government experience, Mr Smeed has provided corporate, management and governance advice, and assisted with the growth of ASX-listed and privately-owned companies.
Mr Smeed was chair of the Millennium Hi-Tech Group (MHT) that specialised in providing cleaning, security and facilities management services to major shopping centres and other large commercial venues in NSW, the ACT and South Australia. MHT also provided commercial cleaning and security services to major building owners. MHT was merged into the Millennium Services Group at its Initial Public Offering in November 2015.
