Roger Davies is a prominent Perth-based corporate lawyer. In July 2025 he became a senior consultant at King & Wood Mallesons after three years as a partner. Prior to KWM, he led the corporate group of Ashurst Australia's Perth office.
Mr Davies specialises in corporate and securities transactions, including listed company takeovers, both hostile and agreed bids, Takeovers Panel proceedings, mergers by scheme of arrangement, stock exchange listings, IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions. He also has significant experience in advising company boards on corporate governance issues and other company law matters.
Mr Davies is recognised as a leading individual in Corporate/M&A in Chambers Global 2012 and in Best Lawyers Australia, 2012 in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate/governance.
He commenced his career in the UK with 3i, the international investment group.
