Robert Bishop has extensive international business experience having worked in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Europe with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, new business start-ups and international business development in the manufacturing and mining sectors. Mr Bishop was chief executive officer of the global mining and tunnelling
division of DYWIDAG Systems International GmbH from 2003 to 2008 and was member of the Group’s Supervisory Board. He was managing director of Dorsogna from 1994 to 1997, and Joyce Corporation from 1989 to 1994.
