Rob Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the property development and construction industries within Australia and UK. His expertise encompasses the full development spectrum from identification and acquisition, legal structuring, design, approvals, sales, leasing, marketing, joint-venture structuring, construction delivery, equity and debt financing.

Mr Thomas is a founding director of pwd, a privately-owned property development and investment business, and is responsible for all its business activities at a strategic and tactical level.
