Rob Gordon has over 28 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and employment services, and has consulted major Australian and International private and public sector organisations.
He was a prominent industry representative at the national level, and is passionate about disability employment. He believes that everyone – regardless of their injury or disability – deserves an opportunity.
Mr Gordon was the co-founder and chief executive of Workfocus (later known as Work Health Group in 2016, and then as MedHealth in 2018) and led the group through nearly three decades of strategic growth, diversification and acquisition.
