Richelle Baker
Director, Aged Care Services / Silverchain
After training as an occupational therapist in the disability field, Dr Richelle Baker moved into the injury management and workers compensation area.
She was appointed group manager of health, safety and wellbeing at Silver Chain in May 2020 before becoming director of aged care services in April 2021. Prior to Silver Chain, she was the group health manager of UGL Australia and New Zealand.
Dr Baker holds a PhD in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. As part of her studies, which focused specifically on interrupting sedentary behaviour, she travelled to Italy to present at the International Ergonomics Conference.
