Richard Willson

Richard Wilson is an experienced company director, company secretary and chief financial officer with over 20 years of experience in public-listed and private companies, predominantly within the mining, technology and agricultural sectors. He has an understanding of technology startups, as well as established commercial enterprises.

Mr Willson holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
