Richard Simpson holds a Masters in Architecture from University of WA. He is based in Perth but travels extensively, evaluating facilities and prototyping modular designs with various manufacturers. Mr Simpson advises in the area of modular design of single and two-storey dwellings, and also advises on an ongoing basis to the Summit Homes Group. His expertise is in deal origination, securing projects, packaging development projects, strategic property planning, land acquisition and delivery strategy. Mr Simpson has been involved in the research and development of modular typologies for several years. He works closely with architects, manufacturers and developers locally and internationally to bring his knowledge of modular construction to bear on economical and efficient development outcomes.
