Richard Pappas is an experienced executive and director with over two decades of experience in property.
He first began his career at Celsius Property Group in 1998 and was appointed as its managing director in 2005.
Mr Pappas has served on the UDIA WA council alongside other industry leaders since 2020, including serving a 2-year term as the state president of UDIA WA from October 2023.
He holds a Diploma of Property (REIWA), a Diploma of Financial Services, and a current Real Estate licence.
He is also a recipient of the Business News 40under40 award in 2018.
Since embracing the need to give back by supporting those not fortunate enough to have a roof over their head, Mr Pappas has participated in the past 9 Vinnies CEO sleepouts, raising over $100,000.
In 2022, Mr Pappas formed part of the inaugural UDIA WA Vinnies CEO Sleepout Team, which was again represented by Industry leaders in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
As part of his fundraising efforts, he has completed three Comrades Ultra Marathons in South Africa.
