Richard Offen is a historian, heritage engagement consultant, writer, broadcaster and speaker. He specialises in public engagement with history and heritage. Mr Offen spent 14 years as a senior staff member of the UK National Trust. He was the founding partner of a heritage management consultancy which has carried out a number of projects for Western Australian heritage organisations. Mr Offen was an executive director of Heritage Perth from April 2006 to October 2017.
