Richard Facioni is an experienced corporate finance and investment professional, with over 25 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice, restructurings and principal investment.
He led the private equity practice of Alceon Group for 7 years and represented its investment in Mosaic Brands. He was a director of Alceon's other retail investments in Alquemie Group and Cheap as Chips Discount Stores. Prior to Alceon, Mr Facioni was a managing director of Silverfern Group, a global private equity origination and co-investment firm, where he co-led the group's activities in Australasia. He had also spent 15 years with Macquarie Group where he held a number of roles including as head of acquisition finance and head of principal transactions group, and was a co-founder of Shearwater Capital Group.
Mr Facioni is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
