Richard Edwards

Richard Edwards is a member of CPA Australia and the Securities Institute of Australia.

Following 8 years as an owner/manager of his own business, Mr Edwards spent over 10 years providing financial reporting and company secretarial services to a range of public listed companies in Australia with a focus on the mining sector including Sumatra Copper & Gold, a mining exploration company operating in Indonesia.

He is also company secretary of ASX-listed Indo Mines (70% owner of the Kolon Progo iron sands project in Jogyakara), unlisted public company Nickel Mines (80% owner of the Hengjaya nickel project in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia) and unlisted public company Prospech (a mining exploration company operating in Slovakia).
