Richard Bennett

Richard Bennett has over 34 years of experience in the exploration drilling industry.

He joined DDH1 Drilling in June 2018 through DDH1’s acquisition of Strike Drilling where he is the founder and managing director. Mr Bennett retains ongoing responsibility for the overall operational and financial performance of the Strike Drilling entity although DDH1 had since been acquired by Perenti in October 2023.

Prior to establishing Strike Drilling, Mr Bennett had a successful background in drilling contracting and equipment sales.
