Rebecca Lee is a barrister at Francis Burt Chambers where she practices in commercial litigation, construction law, resolution of taxation and employment law disputes. She was admitted to practice in February 1994 and came to the Bar in February 2004.
Ms Lee is on the 2017 Western Australian Bar Council and the Council of The Law Society of Western Australia. She was also editor of Brief, the journal of The Law Society, for three years. Ms Lee has also been president of the Australian Women Lawyers, and the Women Lawyers of Western Australia. She was an elected member of the Legal Practice Board.
Ms Lee has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Pure Mathematics, and a Bachelor and Master of Laws from The University of WA.
