Associate Professor Rebecca Cassells is deputy director of the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre. Ms Cassells also oversees the Centre’s research impact and engagement portfolio, the BCEC Monthly Labour Market Update and the Gender Equity Insights series.
Prior to her appointment at BCEC, She worked as an independent consultant, working with state and federal government departments on a number of major economic evaluations. Ms Cassells previously spent several years with the National Centre for Social and Economic Modelling (NATSEM), where she led the Women, Children and Families team and oversaw the AMP.NATSEM Income and Wealth Series.
