Ray Haeren is an urban planner with more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors in metropolitan Perth and regional Western Australia. He has wide-ranging experience in statutory and strategic planning, and is adept at managing complex jobs and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Mr Haeren has particular expertise in policy development, urban regeneration, transit-oriented development, structure planning, and the subdivision of industrial and residential developments. His recent career highlights include leading a team on the Whitford and Carousel expansions for Scentre Group, collaborating with the Western Australian Planning Commission and Department of Planning on the Multi Unit Housing Code, and working on the award-winning White Gum Valley project.
