Ray Gammell

Raymond Gammell was appointed senior strategic advisor to the group CEO of Etihad Aviation Group in July 2018 where he leads the equity partner strategy in addition to other strategic responsibilities. He joined Etihad in 2009 as chief people and performance officer, developing and leading the company's people strategy, and prior to that was interim group chief executive of Etihad Aviation Group from May to December 2017. Mr Gammell has 40 years of international experience with the Intel Corporation in the US and Ireland, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and as an officer in the Irish Armed Forces.
