Ranko Matic has more than 30 years’ experience in financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations. Mr Matic founded corporate advisory firm Consilium Corporate in 2017.
Mr Matic has considerable experience in a range of industries with particular exposure to public listed companies and large private enterprises. He has been involved in an advisory capacity in over 40 initial public offerings on the ASX, as well as several recapitalisations of public listed companies.
