Ralph Winter

Ralph Winter is a professional director with a particular focus on business development, marketing and promotion, corporate strategy, finance and capital raising.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Mr Winter is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with a particular interest in the exploration area of the mining industry. This has led to his appointment as non-executive director of Moho Resources.
