Rachael Taylor was a professional athlete on the Australian Rowing Team and Australian Olympic Team. She was an Olympic Silver medallist in the Women’s Coxless Pair at the Sydney 2000 games.
Ms Taylor has been the people, performance & culture lead at HHG Legal Group since October 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the people function at HHG Legal Group, encompassing a wide remit including culture, employee engagement, health & wellbeing, L&D, performance development & coaching and leadership development and coaching. Prior to HHG, Ms Taylor spent over 3 years at KPMG Australia where she was a human resources business partner providing trusted counsel, support and guidance to partners, people managers and employees on the full range of complex people and performance matters that arise is a professional services firm. She has an extensive and varied background as a generalist HR practitioner, having previously held roles with Virgin Australia, VenuesWest, and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
