Po S Lai

Mr Lai has extensive experience in internal and external auditing, finance and accounting. Mr Lai, who joined as a non-executive director in 2019, is a Director of China Resources Ng Fung Limited, which holds a 9.96% shareholding in the company, and is also the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of China Resources Enterprise Limited. He is the Executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer and the Company Secretary of China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. In addition to being a Fellow Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the UK and of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
