Phillip Gageler has over 40 years of resource management experience across a range of public and private sector organisations. He also has extensive experience in systems development, workplace communication, remuneration management and organisational restructuring.
Mr Gageler was the HR systems and policy manager for a large and complex business employing around 7,000 people across Australia.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters of Educational Studies, and a Master of Arts (Leadership).
