Philippa Honey

Philippa Honey practises in the areas of commercial advice and litigation including contractual disputes, trade practices and competition law, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, intellectual property, mining and directors’ disputes. She regularly appears in the District Court of Western Australia, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia. Ms Honey also has experience in litigation matters in the Magistrates Court and the Federal Court.
