Philip Clark AO AM has experience in M&A and capital markets, audit, risk management and compliance, corporate governance, real estate including property management, portfolio and investment management, asset management and funds management, remuneration, workplace health and safety, and stakeholder engagement.
Mr Clark was the managing partner of law firm Minter Ellison from 1995 to 2005 and prior to that was a director and head of corporate at ABN Amro Australia, and the managing partner of law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques for 16 years.
Mr Clark has also been a director of several listed AREITs, as well as being chair and non-executive director of Hunter Hall Global Value.
in 2007, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for his contribution to the development of national law firms and encouraging corporate involvement in community programs. In 2019, Mr Clark was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for distinguished service to education, to research and infrastructure investment, and to the not-for-profit sector.
