Phil Scott

Phil Scott has over 15 years of human resources, business and management experience. He had diverse and extensive experience with the Lionel Samson Sadleirs Group where he worked across all areas of human resource management, compliance and safety, and was an active member of its executive leadership team. Prior to joining Cape as general manager of people & process in July 2019, Mr Scott worked for Brookfield-owned LINX Cargo Care where he provided support and guidance on a number of complex industrial relations matters.
