Peter Webse

Peter Webse has over 28 years of company secretarial experience and is the managing director of Platinum Corporate Secretariat, a company specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services to listed companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Accounting and Finance, is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
