Peter Thomas is a corporate engineer and ran a legal practice for over 30 years, specialising in wide ranging legal, corporate and commercial advice to listed explorers and miners. He was responsible for the structuring, restructuring, and reconstruction of several companies, and has extensive experience as a company director of several listed companies including as founding chair of copper producer Sandfire Resources and mineral sands producer Image Resources.
Mr Thomas joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1980 after working with Kidder, Peabody & Company and Chase Manhattan and became its managing director in 1985.
