Peter Martino

Peter Dominic Martino was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 20 April 2015 after serving more than 14 years as a judge of the District Court of Western Australia. Justice Martino was Chief Judge of the District Court from 1 July 2010 until his appointment to the Supreme Court.
Justice Martino graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1977 and was articled with Stone James & Co. He joined the WA Bar Association in 1991.
