Yolk expands project portfolio
Government partnerships, a focus on sustainability and counter-cyclical acquisitions have bolstered Yolk Property Group’s growth.
Pete Adams has over 25 years of experience in the property development and construction industries.
He was the co-founder and director of Yolk Property Group for over 10 years before establishing his own company PARC Developments in January 2024.
Prior to forming Yolk Property Group in 2013, Mr Adams played a key role in the development of Azure in Dunsborough, Cockburn Commercial, McCourt St Medical Centre in West Leederville, and the Rottnest Island Hotel.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Newcastle, and a Master of Property Investment from Curtin University.
