Penny Walsh has been the director of external affairs upstream at BP since August 2017. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Shell including a stint as acting general manager of external & government affairs before moving to the Netherlands for 4 years as the company's government relations advisor for Europe. Ms Walsh had also held managerial roles at Tourism WA, Water Corporation and the Department of Conservation & Land Management, and RAC WA.
