Penelope Ford is an experienced construction and projects disputes lawyer and commercial litigator. She has over 20 years of experience dealing with claims and disputes for a wide range of commercial and government clients with a particular focus on construction, oil and gas, and project-scale disputes; and has managed high value and complex disputes for national and international corporations, and government agencies across multiple jurisdictions.
Her broad ranging experience includes resource and infrastructure dispute work, commercial contract and property disputes, significant insurance litigation and advice work, as well as partnership and director disputes.
Ms Ford became a partner of Hall & Wilcox in August 2021. Prior to that, she was a partner of Norton Rose Fulbright for over 3 years and a special counsel of Minter Ellison. She had also spent several years working with some of Australia's leading law firms including in-house for lengthy periods with some of Australia's largest corporations, insurers and government agencies.
