Paul Slaughter has over 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
He was chief executive of Harvest Road Group from November 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, he was the chief executive of Mrs Mac's from February 2015, chief operating officer of Realmark, and general manager of IGA WA for Metcash Food & Grocery. In November 2023, Mr Slaughter became chief executive of Stellar Distribution, an importer of US snacks, drinks and confectionary into Australia.
