Paul Harley has more than 15 years of experience in the legal sector and advises on transactions, operations and the full range of issues faced by mining and energy companies and infrastructure providers in project development including acquisition, structuring, tenure, native title, financing and commercial dealings. He also has an extensive back-end practice in the Warden's Court where he assists clients to efficiently and effectively resolve disputes.
Mr Harley worked closely with Perth-based energy and resource clients since he commenced his career, spending several years working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in its WA Regional Office and gaining experience in corporate governance, regulation and interaction with regulators before working in the finance and asset management sectors in London and Sydney.
