Paul Giugni has been the general counsel of Scentre Group since June 2014. Prior to the establishment of Scentre Group, he was the general counsel of Australia and New Zealand at Westfield Group which he joined in September 1998. Before that, he was a solicitor at Freehill Hollingdale and Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills).

Mr Giugni holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
