
Nikhilesh Bappoo is a biomedical engineer at the Harry Perkins Institute. He is developing tools to predict placental and foetal impairment during pregnancy as part of his PhD at the University of WA, and manages other projects in vascular engineering and surgery.
Mr Bappoo has worked internationally with Materialise, medical 3D printing giants.
He runs a non-for-profit to connect Perth’s medical innovation industry; and is the co-founder, director and chief technology officer of VeinTech which is a medical device company aiming to improve patient and physician experience in vascular access practices.
