Nigel Chadwick commenced as chief financial officer of Myer in January 2018. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Spotless Services from January 2016 to August 2017 where he led its treasury and finance functions and oversaw accounting, tax, commercial, risk management and internal audit services. He has a strong record in senior financial management positions for large and complex businesses across multiple jurisdictions, and is highly skilled in capital raising, business integration, governance and shareholder engagement. Prior to Spotless, Mr Chadwick was group treasurer at BHP Billiton and held senior treasury, financial, tax, accounting and investor relations roles at BHP Billiton and Telstra Corporation for over 20 years. Mr Chadwick has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (with Honours) from Victoria University of Manchester, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
