Nicky Howe

Dr Nicky Howe is the chief executive of Southcare. She has previously held senior management positions at MercyCare and Centrelink.

She is a leadership and management expert, and has published Better Relationships With Those You Lead in 2013 - a handbook of practical skills and strategies for leaders and managers.

Dr Howe holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, a Postgraduate in Management from Flinders University, a diploma in Ontological Coaching from the Newfield Institute, and is an adjunct professor at the School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
