Nick Cater is an experienced and highly qualified construction professional (Chartered Civil Engineer & Registered Builder) with hands-on experience in bidding and delivering major projects within Australia and New Zealand.
He spent over 5 years as general manager at Broad Construction (WA), heading up its civil and building business in WA (annual revenue >$300m) together with leading Broad Groups National Corporate Services team covering the groups combined national $600m/annum revenue. Mr Cater is also experienced in leading complex bids and proposals including the successful Leighton/Broad prestigious Elizabeth Quay JV ($210m), the New Children's Hospital proposal ($950m) and the Kalgoorlie Prison PPP ($450m). He joined Pindan in 2020 and is the director of construction.
