Nicholas Reid has been an advisor to a range of natural resources and industrial clients within the mining, metals, oil & gas, and electricity sectors.
Mr Reid has been involved in strategy, corporate finance, transformation and productivity programs, capital project optimisation, digital & technology applications, operating model design, and post-merger integration. He has worked in Australia, South East Asia, North America, the Middle East and Europe.
Mr Reid spent over 13 years combined at Boston Consulting Group before joining Alvarez & Marsal as the inaugural managing director of its newly opened Perth office in September 2022.
