Nicholas Molnar is a co-founder of e-commerce provider Afterpay in 2014. He became co-CEO and managing director in November 2020.

Mr Molnar has experience in online retail, having launched the American online jeweller Ice.com into Australia under the local brand Iceonline.com.au. Mr Molnar's family has been in the Australian jewellery industry for the past 30 years and he was able to combine local product knowledge with technical online marketing.

Prior to launching Ice, Mr Molnar was an investment analyst at venture capital fund M.H. Carnegie & Co where he was primarily responsible for investment opportunities in the technology sector.
