Mr Falloon was chief executive and group financial director of PBL Enterprises, and became chief executive of Publishing and Broadcasting from 1998 to 2001. The PBL experiences provided a background in television, pay TV, magazines, radio and digital industries. From 2002, Mr Falloon spent nine years as executive chair and chief executive of Ten Network Holdings.
