Niamh Breheny

Niamh Breheny held the position of in-house legal counsel for a national bank from which she gained exposure to the full spectrum of operational and regulatory requirements of the banking and financial services industry. She has a specialist knowledge of the industry and regularly acts for and advises banks, borrowers and financial services providers in a wide range of banking, finance and commercial matters. During her career, Ms Breheny worked as a commercial litigator and as a legal advisor for the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
