Neil Wilson has corporate, startup, founder and public company experience. He is a practitioner in the digital and technology domain, and has experience in general management and as chief executive across private & public companies as well as dealing with merger & acquisition activities.
Mr Wilson has also been a speaker at industry and investor forums and regularly presented to boards and executive committees on digital and technology directions and the value of a data & information focus.
Mr Wilson was the managing director and chief executive of Oakton (ASX:OKN) until its acquisition by Dimension Data in 2014. He also completed a three-year term as chief executive of the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) and was appointed chair in November 2020.
