Neil Starkie

Neil Starkie became the general manager of strategic partnerships & growth at St Bart’s in June 2021.

Prior to that, he was with Access Housing Australia from February 2020 to June 2021, following more than six years as general manager of Uniting Church in the City (UCIC) in Perth where he was responsible for providing leadership and management in the areas of property development, support services and social outreach, finance, human resources, risk, administration, asset management, marketing, communications and policy. Prior to UCIC, Mr Starkie spent the latter 13 of his 25 years in the UK property industry as a director of global property consultancy Savills.

Mr Starkie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a number of voluntary board and committee positions with charitable and benevolent organisations operating in the Perth metropolitan area.
