Neil Sheather has extensive experience in retail and institutional stockbroking, capital raising and initial public offerings in Australia and Asia. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Directors. Mr Sheather is Mejority Capital’s chief executive and director of its wholly owned subsidiaries. He holds a Responsible Manager of Australian Financial Services Licence 485760 and Responsible Officer on Hong Kong License AZJ721. Mr Sheather started his career in the financial markets in 1996 as a SEATS operator with Comsec. He has since held numerous roles on both the buy side and sell side as an equities dealer and derivatives trader. He was managing director of CMC Markets Stockbroking and ASX listed broker, InvestorFirst Securities. Mr Sheather gained extensive international experience, as a founding partner of CFD provider, Markets Plus, where he further strengthened his expertise in trading various asset classes including equities, commodities, currencies and fixed interest. He currently holds an MBA and several financial markets related post graduate qualifications.
