Neil Kearney has been a professional director since 2014. Prior to that, he held senior management roles at Goodman Fielder (as chief financial officer and chief strategy officer), Warrnambool Cheese & Butter (as chief executive), National Foods (as chief financial officer and various positions across marketing, strategy, international and food service) and Nestle (as marketing manager).
Mr Kearney also has experience in finance, marketing, international sales and trading, strategy and business development for Pacific Brands Food Group, East Asiatic Company (Plumrose Australia) and Elders IXL.
Mr Kearney has broad experience across several sectors within the food and beverage and agribusiness industries primarily in Australia, Europe for six years, Asia and New Zealand. His international experience includes being an executive director of businesses based in Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore; and Australian joint ventures with Dutch and Hong Kong companies.
He completed a Bachelor of Economics at Monash University, the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
