Murray Criddle OAM was a Nationals member of the Western Australia Legislative Council for the Agricultural Region from 1993 to 2008. He was the Minister for Transport from 1998 to 2001.
In 2019, Mr Criddle was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Parliament of Western Australia.
