Prior to joining Regis Resources in 2009 as operations director, Morgan Hart was an executive director of Equigold NL. He joined Equigold NL in 1994 and held senior management positions in exploration and mining operations, including as general manager at the Mt Rawdon Gold Mine from 2005 to 2007. He was appointed general manager of operations and director at Equigold in March 2007 with key responsibilities of overseeing the development and operational startup at the Bonikro Gold Mine in Ivory Coast.
