Monish Paul has an extensive career in shaping and executing corporate strategy and digital transformation. He specialises in strategy development and execution of large scale business transformation programs for numerous organisations, with particular experience in technology led change in organisation design, process re-engineering and governance.
Mr Paul has been the senior managing director of economic & financial consulting at FTI Consulting since July 2022. Prior to that, he was the director and managing partner of Rise One Consulting and Adar Consulting; lead partner of the digital strategy practice for IBM in Australia/New Zealand, advising clients on the intersection of disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, predictive analytics and business reinvention; senior partner in Deloitte's Consulting practice in Australia, having held national and WA-based leadership roles over a 14-year period; and a senior bureaucrat with both Federal and State-based trade and investment agencies.
Mr Paul was appointed a founding curator for the Global Shapers Program in 2014, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
