Mindy Ku, managing director of Corporate Board Services, has over 15 years of international experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, management accounting, compliance reporting, company secretarial services and office management for ASX-listed companies, unlisted public and private companies across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, Malaysia, UK, Sweden and Norway).

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from University of Greenwich, and is a member of Certified Practising Accountant Australia and a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
